This is a comprehensive six (6) hours workshop for parents/caregivers of children ages 3 to 12. It will help families to reach their optimal level in the four pillars of health: Lifestyle, Exercise, Attitude and Nutrition. Based upon scientific research and designed by Dr. William Sears as well as other experts in the field of Children’s nutrition, health and fitness.
